TS-Si Reboot Gets Underway
Lisa Thompson & Sharon Gaughan
Sunday, 06 March 2011
Fairfax, VA, USA. Effective today, TS-Si is a closely-held enterprise that directly implements the professional priorities of its founders, Lisa Jain Thompson and Sharon Sinead Gaughan. TS-Si and TS-Si.org still exist, but reorganized to better allocate time and resources to fulfilling our now restated and further clarified mission.

TS-Si is dedicated to the acceptance, medical treatment, and legal protection of individuals correcting the misalignment of their brains and their anatomical sex, while supporting their transition into society as hormonally reconstituted and surgically corrected citizens.

After 10 years of existence, we have moved beyond our organizational origins as a non-profit corporation. Those years, and the many years of individual exertion before that, have been productive, but now we must tighten our focus on the opportunities for further progress and realistically address how we can best contribute in the future.

Transsexual Independence Day
TS-Si News Service
Tuesday, 22 February 2011
Fairfax, VA, USA. It is time for all people of transsexual history to speak with one voice at the same time and protest our inclusion under the "T" in the unfathomably selfish transgender umbrella erected to exploit an association with unrelated GLB activism.

We address those people who are full time, hormonally reconstituted, and have accomplished corrective surgery.

We also address those who sincerely seek full correction, no matter how daunting, how obstructed, or how long the process may b

Fairfax, VA, USA. The grave of Stella Walsh lies at Calvary Cemetery outside of Cleveland, Ohio. After she become a U. S. citizen in 1947, Stella married and lived with her husband in a modest, middle class home in Cleveland.

When Walsh died from a stray bullet in the parking lot of a discount store in 1980, an au

Springfield, VA, USA. Here at TS-Si.org, we have unusually good discussions with our readers. Some people comment in public (see the comment block at the bottom of this column), while others choose to send us private mail via our Contact Form.  The questions we get are numerous and sometimes the comments argue conflicting views of just where our judgment is defective.

We are charged with all sorts of mutually contradictory crimes against humanity depending upon the viewp
A Bridge Too Far: Transition And Corrective Surgery Necessary for TS?
Lisa Thompson & Sharon Gaughan
Tuesday, 19 August 2008
Fairfax, VA, USA. What is a transsexual? Is there such a thing as a non-op transsexual? What is the difference between a non-op transsexual and a full time crossdresser? Are transgender and transsexual just different spellings for the same thing? Why are so many people now saying they are transsexual now?

Why have so many post-ops started using the alternative terms in place of transsexuality in an attempt to clarify their position on the subject?

The answer to these questions and more lay in
US Capital Pride Images: Observations From The Booth

Washington, DC, USA. The alarm goes off at five in the morning, we are due at the festival at eight where we will assemble our booth, put up banners and signs, place handouts strategically to be distributed.

The rain the night before prevented us from loading the car, so we spend an hour or so demonstrating how much stuff can fit in an aging Buick. We bring everything we have we think we’ll need, only enough to fill up the day so that the trip back will be somewhat lighter.

Lisa Thompson & Sharon Gaughan
