Manchester, England. It seemed reasonable at first. A Gender Recognition Act to give you a new birth certificate, the right to marry someone of the opposite sex and legal protection to stop someone revealing your former status.

That’s what the European Court of Human Rights ordered the UK Government to provide but enter the unholy alliance of the lesbian Queer political lobby, the government funded psychiatrists and the establishment religion sponsored politicians and what do you get?

A list linking your old sex to your corrected one.

A nudge nudge not really list: that of course those members of the great & the good who must know your unchangeable sex determined at birth can have access to. This includes for example all financial institutions and anyone in HM Government above the level of clerk.

An approval system that only initially allowed a direct link to physical sex correction to draw in those that might have disappeared off the radar but quickly became an income stream for the charlatan psychiatrists that have to confirm two years of living in the new sex to be assigned.

A criminal offense of revealing the former sex, thus forcing someone “outed” to have to go to the police. Strangely no one has yet.

What a mess.

A disgusting shameful piece of legislation that has then been progressively diminished to the well you can if you want to league because we the state will always treat you as at best neither male or female or worst your birth sex. The scum that help draft The Act got their Member of The British Empire Medal. You know, the one that John Lennon sent back.

Notice up to this point I’ve correctly used the word sex and not the word gender because therein lies the problem.

The first and most important protection passed into UK Law was protection against dismissal for intention to correct your sex. This was written into UK law as “intention to undergo gender reassignment”.

Gender reassignment was never defined, of course; If it had been, then the transvestite community, a lot of whom are in the judiciary, would have been outside the scope of the law. The Great & The Good of course said this was to protect lesbian human rights. Those birth women who might not want to have “bottom” sex correction as it would ruin their sex life: something that the male transvestite would also strongly agree with.

And anyway, gender is all about perception and the most important fact of all that a heterosexual male must not be deceived. You can see this fact reflected in the UK stance of puberty delaying drugs being unobtainable and hormone regimes dispensed by psychiatrists that are designed to minimise physical changes. Facial feminisation surgery is both discouraged & virtually nonexistent in the UK.

However what is encouraged is a noisy, ugly opinionated separatist transgender group to create an income stream for the charlatans that operate in psychiatry & psychology. They’d love to get Lesbians & Gays back into the mental illness classification but they know that religions provide lots of guilt ridden clients and not releasing women born transsexual from the mental illness classification ensures that their income stream is maintained forever.

Of course Lesbian, Gay & Bisexual politics has a problem with Gender as it’s not a full on sexual orientation just sometimes a sub-set of homosexuality in the effeminate gay scene or a fetish amongst heterosexuals. Doesn’t fit well does it so that’s where the apartheid comes in from the LGB perspective.

The Gender Recognition Act introduced in 2004 has resulted in less than 2,500 new female birth certificates being issued and those that receive them are overwhelmed by the transgender activists who boast that they have Privy Councilors and a majority of Members of Parliament protected by Gay Civil servants to ensure that transgender becomes a compulsory third sex that all women born transsexual will eventually be forced to join.

It’s all done in the best possible taste as it protects the right of men to be what they want when they want, where they want and for as long as they want. After all to quote gender theory:

“The concept of being a woman is considered to have more challenges, due to society not only viewing women as a social category but also as a felt sense of self, a culturally conditioned or constructed subjective identity.[18] The term woman has chronically been used as a reference to and for the female body; this usage has been viewed as controversial by feminists, in the definement of woman.”

Anyway, enough of theory, let's talk real world apartheid.

Women born transsexual who correct their sex are now subject to almost universal separatism as a direct result of the adoption of transgender. You can have the birth certificate, look indistinguishable from others of the same sex but you will be outed either directly or indirectly.

You will be treated as a transgender no matter how much you protest you’ve corrected your birth defect and that you have never actually changed the sex of your brain.

These are the rules of Transgender Apartheid in England:

You will always be considered mentally ill by everyone.

You will always be treated as your assigned birth sex by the medical establishment.

You will always be considered as belonging to your birth sex by all Civil Servants, Politicians, Lawyers or any other member of the professional class.

You will always be subjected to jibes, jokes and accidental misuse of pronouns by everybody.

You will always be treated as a second class citizen or customer at all times & in all places.

You will always accept without complaint lower standards of service, care or advice from all service providers and you will be considered ungrateful if you were to complain.

You will always provide yourself as a willing target for young men to abuse at any time.

You will always avoid all places where good hard working families might be present.

You will always avoid bringing dishonor to your own family.

You will always avoid bringing dishonor to anyone’s religion or god.

You will always become as reclusive as possible.

YOU WILL NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES QUESTION THE LABEL OF TRANSGENDER THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOU.

Otherwise enjoy your new life post correction but always remember transgender is socially acceptable only within transgender groups or designated venues on designated nights or within indulgent meetings convened by the establishment.
