Turns Out The "little hill" Is A Pyramid

Melbourne, Australia. Dr Helen O'Connell, an Australian urologist, has discovered the true shape of the clitoris - it is more like a mountain than a hill, forcing medical professionals to rethink matters and rewrite their books on anatomy.
 
It seems the clitoris is equivalent to the penis in size and encompasses the vaginal wall. All women, including MtF transsexuals, have an interest in the details.
