Note that it was posted by the "Personal Money Store PROFESSIONAL Blogging Team". These scuzzy people make short term loans to people at outrageous interest rates and since people generally have a problem paying back not only the principal but also the "vigorish (interest) the loan gets renewed over and over again at higher rates. Their rates often exceed 300% and they have the people enthralled forever. That's the TRUE reason ALL politicians, cities, towns and state governments have imposed limits on them. There won't be "hundreds of thousands"of jobs lost if they are banned, only a few scuz-bags will lose their source of lucrative employment and will have to find a legitimate job; hopefully on a pig farm shovelling excrement.
